You can also access your files again at any time for up to 90 days after purchase. |

No physical Item is shipped. All Items Sold are Digital Files that you EDIT & PRINT yourself.

When you complete the PAYPAL checkout process, you will be immediately be directed to your download links, which you can download to your computer and save straight away.

TO DOWNLOAD FROM THE EMAIL
CLICK on your product links, and you will be directed to a blank webpage, where your files will automatically begin to download to your computer.
The files will download to the usual folder that you have selected to send ALL files downloaded from the internet. (If you are unsure of what folder this is, please familiarise yourself by viewing your 'Internet Options' and checking where your download folder is located.)
You may be asked if you want to proceed with your download by a virus scanner or firewall – always click YES, or PROCEED, in order to commence the download of your files.
Please ensure the first thing you do is save the downloaded PDF files to your computer hard drive, so that you always have an un-edited copy as a backup.
Important: Files must be downloaded/saved to a Mac or PC desktop or laptop computer. Files CANNOT be saved or used correctly using Tablets, Smartphones, iPhones or iPads.
EMAIL SPAM ISSUES
Some email providers see dncrypted links in an email as SPAM and will automatically send the product download email to a spam/junk mail folder. If you have not received your email, please check your junk mail folder.
If you have not received your product download email in your Inbox after your completed purchase, please check your junk mail folder.
EDITING & SAVING FILES
OPEN .ZIP FILES
Some files are compressed into .zip format. To 'Unzip' your files you must do the following:
MAC USERS - Simply double click on the .zip file and your folder will decompress. You can then access & open your files, as instructed below.
PC USERS - You must 'Right-click' on the downloaded .zip file and select 'Extract'. Your file will then decompress and you can then access & open your files, as instructed below.
OPEN .JPG FILES
Some files provided are in .JPG format, because they DO NOT have editable text (ie. Pinwheels & Party Hats).
To open .JPG files, simply double click on the file and your computer will open the default picture viewer, such as Mac Preview or Windows Photo Gallery.
You CANNOT open .JPG files using Adobe Reader.
OPEN & EDIT .PDF FILES
To open .PDF files, you MUST use the latest version of Adobe Reader (Adobe Reader XI (Version 11) or DC). Adobe Reader is available as a FREE Download for Mac & PC Users at www.get.adobe.com/reader
**All Fonts & Colours are embedded in our files. When opened correctly in the latest version of Adobe Reader, your file should look just like the examples you have seen online. **
**Please Note: Earlier versions of the Adobe Reader Software (such as 9 & 10 or X) do not allow the editing & saving capabilities for Mac & PC Users that version 11 & DC now offer.
Our editable PDF files are NOT compatible with Adobe Reader Touch - You MUST use Adobe Reader DC.
NO OTHER PROGRAM can be used to open our Editable .PDF files. Programs such as Mac Preview or other PDF viewers, or editing the files ONLINE in a web browser WILL NOT WORK. You MUST use ADOBE READER.

TO SAVE FILES
To save your files with Mac or PC using Adobe Reader simply select the 'Save' option from the FILE Menu.
You can then SAVE your designs to a Flash Drive or UPLOAD to an online printing service that accepts PDF files to have your items printed professionally. (See more Below)
PERSONALISATION & CUSTOM TEXT
Personalisation of the text is NOT included with your product purchase.
If you would like custom text, or to have your product personalised and sent back to you as a completed .JPG file, there is a US$5 custom design charge for this service. Please contact us for more information.
PRINTING
When using Adobe Reader you have the option to print at home, at your local print store or by uploading your saved files to an online printing service that accepts PDF files.

COPYRIGHT ISSUES
Some professional printers require permission from the Designer/Owner of Digital Files protected under Copyright Law before they will allow you to print. Please feel free to download our Copyright Release Form, entering the Date and your name.
PDF Version -or- MS Word Version
All IMAGES & GRAPHICS used by Sassaby are in the PUBLIC DOMAIN and are ROYALTY FREE to the best of our research and knowledge. Sassaby DOES NOT condone the practice of re-selling Licensed images of any kind. Sassaby Parties takes no responsibility for professional printers who refuse to print our products. We have done our best to ensure our products are not infringing Copyright, however cannot guarantee that all professional print stores will agree to print our digital files. We will not provide refunds or compensation for any issues that may arise in regard to Copyright issues.
COMMON PROBLEMS (Please also see our FAQ page)
FILES NOT RECEIVED
If you have not received your Product Download email, Please check your Spam/Junk Mail Folder as the email with your encrypted links may have been filtered as Spam by mistake.
All Sassaby Parties Purchases are emailed to the email address you entered when making your purchase.
DOWNLOADING YOUR LINKS
The Download links in your following email are valid for 5 clicks each. You have three (5) attempts IN TOTAL to download each file and save it to your computer. After your files are saved to your computer, you will no longer need the download links.
Please check that any Virus Scanners or Firewalls are switched off as they may block your files from downloading to your computer.
**DO NOT Download Links on your iPhone or iPad. Files are not compatible and cannot be saved.**
FONTS ISSUES
If your files do not contain the correct Fonts, and appear to have only a small computer font, this means you have not opened your file in the latest version of the Adobe Reader Software.
Adobe Reader DC is the latest version of Adobe Reader, and is the only software you can use to Edit our files.
Simply clicking 'Check for Updates' in your current version of software is not enough. You must have the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader software for our files to work correctly.
Another reason your fonts may not be working is that they have been opened in WRONG program by mistake (Such as Mac Preview), or that you attempted to EDIT your files Online in the web browser page.
Please delete any files that do not have the correct fonts, re-download them, then OPEN the latest version of Adobe Reader, then OPEN your file within Adobe Reader, to begin editing etc.
WRONG VERSION OF ADOBE ACROBAT READER
Sometimes the incorrect version of Adobe Reader is being used, even when you think you have already updated to Version 11 or DC. Your computer may still be opening the earlier version by default.
Also, Adobe Acrobat Reader has minimum computer system requirements.
Computer operating systems required to run Adobe Acrobat Reader XI (Version 11) are:
- PC computer running Windows XP, Windows 7 or 8
- MAC Computer running Mac OS X v10.6.4 (Snow Leopard) or higher (v10.7 (Lion) or v10.8 (Mountain Lion).
Computer operating systems required to run the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC are:
- PC computer running Windows 7,8 or 10
- MAC Computer running Mac OS X v10.9, 10.10 or 10.11
Earlier versions of Adobe Reader such as 9, X or 10.1 etc may not show up the embedded editable fonts correctly, and DO NOT allow the SAVE function as Adobe Reader XI & DC do.
To find out what version of Adobe Reader you have installed in your computer please follow the steps below:
PC Users:
- Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader Program installed on your computer.
- Go to the HELP Menu. Select 'About Adobe Acrobat Reader'.
- Your Version Number will be listed in the Popup Window (see below)
MAC Users:
- Open Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.
- Go to 'Adobe Reader' in your top Menu Bar, then select 'About Reader'.
- Your Version Number will be listed in the Popup Window (see below)
Adobe Reader XI or DC are the only versions that we recommend.
