Print at Home
PAPER TYPE: We recommend plain white paper or cardstock which is 170gsm in weight or heavier. This ensures a professional finish. For envelopes, loot bags & pinwheels, regular (80gsm) printer paper works best.
PRINTER SETTINGS: Your files are formatted on 8x11inch sheets. This is designed to suit both US Letter & A4 size paper.
IMPORTANT!! Make sure your printer is set to Print the ‘Actual Size’ setting in Adobe Reader. DO NOT print your items to ‘Fit’ to page or this can alter the look & size of your printed files dramatically (Especially for Envelope Templates, as your Invitation will not fit inside.)
COLOUR VARIATIONS
The color that you see on your computer screen varies greatly from monitor to monitor. As such, there may be color variations from what you see on your screen to the printed product. Print quality and color also varies depending on which printer you use, the type of paper and printer settings.

- US LETTER PAPER: Simply allow your printer to Print the file in the center with the ‘Actual Size’ option. It may warn you that there will be areas cut off, however since you are using 8.5x11” Paper, you won’t have to worry, since the width of these files is smaller at only 8”.
- A4 PAPER: Simply allow your printer to Print the file centered with the ‘Actual Size’ option. It may warn you that there will be areas cut off, however A4 Paper is 8.3x11.7” in size, so you won’t have to worry, since the width & height of these files is smaller at only 8x11”.
IMPORTANT!! Make sure your printer is set to Print the ‘Actual Size’ setting in Adobe Reader. DO NOT print your items to ‘Fit’ to page or this can alter the look & size of your printed files dramatically (Especially for Envelope Templates, as your Invitation will not fit inside.)

Print at a Professional Print Store
You can save your Edited files to a USB Flash drive, and take them to be printed at your local professional print store that accepts PDF files.

!! You MUST make sure your professional printer is viewing your PDF files using Adobe Reader, otherwise your fonts may not appear/print correctly!!

COPYRIGHT ISSUES
Some professional printers require permission from the designer/owner of digital files protected under copyright law before they will allow you to print. Please feel free to download a version of our copyright release form, by entering the date and your name to complete the form: PDF Version -or- MS Word Version

- Photo shops/photo labs such as Kmart, Walmart, Walgreens, Costco, Target, CVS, Tesco etc – Our files are not JPG or photo files and cannot be printed as a photo.
- Any professional printer that does not use Adobe Reader to print, or does not print PDF files.

Save your edited PDF files to your computer hard drive and upload to an online printing service that prints PDF files such as FedEx Kinkos or Officeworks. We recommend you review the website's own guidelines for uploading and using their services.
