You will need:
Pint sized Mason Jars
Fresh Strawberries, sliced
Chantilly Cream (recipe below)
Sponge, Madeira or Pound Cake (ours is store bought)

300ml Thickened Cream
1 tbsp Caster Sugar
1tsp Vanilla Paste (or 1tsp vanilla extract)
Whip the cream with an electric mixer until it begins to thicken, then gradually add sugar. Add vanilla and whip until firm and fluffy.

Fill the bottom of each mason jar with fresh strawberries, to approximately 1 1/2 inches, followed by a layer of the chantilly cream.
Next, add a layer or crumbled cake, then repeat with the strawberries and cream until you reach the top.
Finish with some cake crumbs and a strawberry on top!
