STEP 2: PRINTING
We recommend bright white paper or cardstock which is 120gsm in weight or heavier. This ensures a professional finish, and a nice shape to the completed basket.
When printing your basket, please make sure that your printer or local print store, is set to print to a full edge bleed. Some printers automatically insert a margin of white space, which is not suitable for this design, and may cut off the edges!
You can also select the 'Fit' option when printing, to ensure the design will fit onto your particular paper size.
Please visit the PRINTING TIPS page for detailed information and recommendations for print stores and online printing services.
➤ COPYRIGHT RELEASE FORM: Some professional printers require permission from the designer/owner of digital files protected under copyright law before they will allow you to print. Please feel free to download our copyright release form, entering the date and your name.

STEP 3: ASSEMBLING
- Print your Pages on thick paper or Cardstock. Optional: Print your Basket Template (Page 1) double-sided with the Blue Gingham pattern on the back, to make it easier, and eliminate step 8.
- Cut out Page 1 (Basket Template), on outside lines, including the two vertical lines on each side of each triangles, so that you end up with 3 rectangular flaps each side of each triangle.
- With the basket pattern face down, fold triangles into centre, followed by the side rectangles, then each set of three flaps into the centre.
- Fold triangles back down, out of the way, and begin to layer each of the flaps into the centre, to toucheachother, and to meet the flaps from the other side, making the first side of your basket. Bring the Triangle up to cover the flap edges, stick into place with sticky tape. Repeat on the other side.
- Cut out the basket circles with scissors or using a 2inch circle punch, and two rectangle strips from this sheet.
- Stick double-sided tape to the back of each basket circle and place over each side of your basket, in the center and covering the top of the triangle.
- Glue the two rectangles to eachother, and either stick in place with tape or for a movable handle, attach with a round split pin paper fastener on each side.
- Cut out shapes of the blue gingham sheet to add to the inside of your basket to create the lining and securewith double-sided tape. (Ignore this step if you have printed double-sided as suggested in Step 1).
- Cut out the ‘There’s no place like home’ party circle using scissors or a 2 inch circle punch, and attach to the side of your basket with ribbon or string.
- Add Goodies & Treats for your guests, and you’re all done! Plus, or for an extra touch, you can add one of our matching editable Wizard of Oz Party Tags or add some Wizard of Chocolates!
